Timeless Fluency is an early-access language-learning experience. These terms explain the current sample and its limits.
The operator’s legal name, contact address, and contact email will be added when supplied. These early-access terms do not cover a paid subscription; none is offered in this version.
Your account
Use your own ChatGPT sign-in to create a learning profile. You are responsible for activity under that account. Your password is handled by the sign-in provider. You may use a nickname in Timeless Fluency.
What is available
The current app provides an original Spanish sample inspired by The Lost World, bilingual English support, device-voice narration where supported, word practice, and basic saved progress. Historical cover imagery and mockup statistics illustrate the intended collection; they do not mean every displayed book is already available as a full course.
Learning expectations
We do not guarantee a fluency date, CEFR level, vocabulary size, or particular outcome. Listening hours and recall scores are practice measures. Calibrated assessments and full audiobook courses are still in development.
Use the service respectfully
Do not disrupt the app, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, or submit harmful material. Historical public-domain works remain subject to the rules applicable in your location. Modern adaptations, recordings, branding, and app code may carry separate rights.
Availability and changes
The early-access experience may change and may have interruptions. We will present material changes to the account terms before asking you to agree to them. These terms do not remove statutory consumer or data-protection rights.
Your privacy and leaving
The Privacy notice describes the data used to save progress. Optional analytics consent is separate from accepting these terms. You can export or delete your learning data in the privacy controls.
